We would like to offer all NHS staff and friends and family a complimentary 7 day pass to come down and use our fabulous facility. We would like to also offer all staff preferential rates on membership which can be discussed if looking to join us. All memberships include full access to gym, free personalised training programmes and nutritional advice. We also offer 50 group excercise classes per week and all members have access to our luxury spa area and cafe facility.
We are a fitness facility located in Paisley, we have been established for over 27 years in business and effective from 1st May 2014 we set up Renfrewshire Sports Charity where 100% profits will be split between Accord Hospice and St Vincent's Hospice.
We also support local communities in the Renfrewshire area and have set up a newly formed Sports Fund to help up-and-coming sports people in the Renfrewshire area work towards achieving their goals.
Our facility is the best in Renfrewshire and we offer a first class service to help people meet there fitness goals.
We have two levels in the gym, ground level is our main weights area which has state of the art Cybex VR3 Range equipment and Hammer Strength machines. Located on the upper level of the gym we have a seperate gym circuit area called Cybex Expressway which is a strength conditioning circuit, we also have a large cardio area with state of the art Startrac and Cybex machines and a seperate TRX training area and boxing area. We also have two class studios where we provide over 50 group excercise classes per week and after a workout you can relax in our luxury spa area and have a coffee or something to eat in our cafe area.
For all the mums out there we also have a creche facility available 5 days a week.
