It is imperative that the needs of NHS staff are recognised and listened to.
Research suggests that situating staff experience (as well as patient experience) centre stage may be one of the best things senior leaders could do. Counselling and clinical supervision provides a safe platform for staff to discuss their emotional and physical well-being. This ensures that issues are identified quickly and red flags such as whether staff are at risk of burn out, or are lacking motivation/job satisfaction, whilst supporting issues such as bullying, cultural differences, changes in leadership etc.
Here at Positive Change I can offer significant and competitive rates for counselling and clinical supervision. Normal counselling rates are £35 per session. ***For NHS staff I can offer a lower rate of £25 per session***
