Fitness classes for all fitness levels. It's important that exercise is varied, effective and fun. If you’re a beginner we will work with you in the early sessions to develop your technique and knowledge. If you're more advanced then we will make sure you are pushed to maximise the session and keep you motivated and progressing. All we ask of you is that you commit, learn and train hard!!!!
Our classes are challenging and appropriate to all levels of fitness (refer to reviews on our reviews section) and we will help you achieve your fitness goals whilst always ensuring you are enjoying it (most of the time).
First session is free for newcomers, so you can try it first. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns or to book your sessions. We hold classes in Chelmsford, Witham, Matching Green, Castle Hedingham and Sible Hedingham in Essex.
