In our Japanese Kickboxing class we keep our rule set open similar to Muay Thai , K1 and other full contact kickboxing styles allowing our competing students to transition from one to another. Of all our classes this is the most rigorous due to the way we teach you and train you to be come a competition fighter even if you never set foot in the ring you will get the tools to be able to.
