Divorce/Dissolution cases - 10% off our total fixed fees at Stages 1, 2 and 3 of the case.
Finances or Children cases - 10% off our Stage 1 fixed fees.
Paul J Watson offers a staged Fixed Price Scheme for cases assessed as being suitable. Assessment usually takes place during our first initial consultation, which we offer free of charge, subject to availability.
The scheme sets out the stages which cover the usual path of a divorce/dissolution/finances/children case and provide agreed fees for each stage of work. Some stages may not be relevant to your case.
Please note that our fixed fees are only available if your case is assessed by us as being suitable for the Fixed Price Scheme. If your case is not assessed as suitable at the beginning of the case or part way through a stage, we will discuss with you our hourly rates.
