Two weary gringos on the Old Camino Trail came across a rundown shack. Inside they found a dusty skeleton with an ancient book locked tightly in its hands. The gringos had struck gold as inside laid the lost recipes of Old Mexico. With this legendary historic find the gringos did the only thing they could, they flogged it to an Indiano and moved to Acapulco !
The Indiano then opened his dream restaurant named - Chilli Shak, on the Old Town Trail in the Old West, he hired Johnny Gringo to cook these hidden recipes.
Burritos, Tacos. Chimichangas. Enchilads, Fajitas and the famous Steaks and Chicken all cooked to the ancient recipes.
