Located in the heart of Ashley Cross Poole, SBLAS unites as a family through performing arts. We deliver the very best in all subjects taught, thriving on being a unique school with a 100% pass rate.
We welcome children from 18 months upwards giving each child individual added attention. Smaller classes are provided with a platform of skills, education and a lifetime of memories. It is about the children, making sure they walk out of our classes with beaming smiles. It is important to us, that whether a child has little or a lot of experience in the arts, they each are given the same opportunities, and we work towards achieving the best of their ability.
Parent?s involvement is essential to a child's progression. Therefore we work closely with each family, ensuring that their happiness is number one. End of term reports, as well as school showcases is something we do to ensure that parents see their child's progression.
SBLAS is recognized for its unique approach to performing arts, which is where our hand picked professional faculty have a major part to play in devising our lesson plans, as well as following different examining boards.
Beyond the studio doors we provide a unique platform of opportunities for the children to participate in. We have seen performances in the Bournemouth and Poole area, been privileged enough to be invited to perform at Festival Hall London. Her Majesty's Theatre London, Wimborne Folk Festival, as well as participating in ITV and London casting auditions, including being given the chance to perform in Disney Land Paris.
