I'm a registered nurse too with over twenty years experience and bring all that knowledge to the table too . I'm always reading about new research on things like pain , stress, fitness and performance. so that I am offering the most up to date support to you.
I did an honours degree between 1994-1998 in Physiology at the University of Glasgow . This knowledge helps me to understand the science about pain so I can help you understand pain- this isn't just for those with chronic pain, it benefits everyone who gets aches and pains , especially if that feeling stops you doing what you want to do.
But, it's not just about pain is it? A lot of my clients come to see me for a massage because they like how it feels. My style of working suits them and they say that they feel better after a massage .
My approach is pretty straightforward, I'm not into chakras ,crystals or any other alternative approaches to health. But I love a good chat and getting to know what works for you. With some good music playing if you want smile emoticon
