My usual fee is £40, for NHS staff I can offer a 60 minute appointment, one to one for £35.
Couples counselling at a reduced rate of £50 for a 90 minute appointment.
I retired as a nurse from the NHS after 30 years so I am well placed to understand the pressures and difficulties of working in primary, secondary and tertiary health care.
I offer short-term and longer-term counselling and psychotherapy to people who are struggling with mental health, well-being and relationship difficulties.My clients describe me as warm and a very good listener and we contract together to achieve their goals to feel better and improve their relationships with their partners, families and work colleagues.
