We are North London's state of the art yoga centre offering the following classes on a weekly basis: Original Hot Bikram Yoga, Intermediate Bikram, Bikram (60 minute), Bikram + Yoga Nidra (meditation), Candlelit Bikram, Yin +Restorative Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Jivamukti, Vinyasa Flow, Vinyasa Flow + Yoga Nidra, Yogasana.
We also offer workshops on everything from Beginners Yoga to Gong Baths.
