Key Worker Discount:
For NHS staff I offer six weekday, daytime sessions at the reduced rate of £30. Similarly, for couples where one is an NHS staff member, I offer four weekday, daytime sessions at the reduced rate of £40 for four sessions. Please note I am unable to offer a discount for evening or Saturday work.

At Three Cairns Counselling I offer a welcoming, quiet and comforting space to explore whatever's going on for you, however desperate, embarrassing or bleak it may seem. This is a place where you can say out loud the things that may have been privately troubling (or torturing) you and help you explore whether they can be looked at from a new perspective. I am a qualified counsellor with experience in working with many issues including anxiety, OCD, depression, the effects of childhood and adult abuse, relationship problems and the search for meaning. I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Training, qualifications & experience I was awarded a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills in January 2010. From there I went on to study for the Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, which I was awarded in January 2012. Since then I have attended a number of short courses including, "Child Sexual Abuse: Hope for Healing", "The Adult Only-Child in Therapy", "Compassion Focused Therapy", "Shame and Self Harm” and "Couple Dynamics". I continue to read textbooks as well in order to keep developing my skills and understanding. In terms of experience, I spent three years counselling at Bromley Community Counselling Service in their long-term service and a year offering brief counselling in the IAPT service at Eden Park Surgery, Beckenham. I have been running my private practice, Three Cairns Counselling, since summer 2014. I offer both individual and couples counselling.
