Our team of expert Fitness Instructors will help transform your body by providing you with your own personalised circuit based around your Fitness goals, which is refreshed every 4-6 weeks to ensure you will never get bored! We keep our members motivated with a monthly weigh and measure, keeping you focused and on track! We have a fantastic class timetable with a wide variety of classes for you to choose from starting from 6.30am all the way through to the evening.
