I offer one to one counselling using a holistic approach to look at all aspects of your unique , individual situation and requirements. I do not believe that there is one therapy that suits everyone. I use an integrative approach, which means that I incorporate all three schools of psychotherapy and creatively use various methods appropriate to your needs at every stage of your therapy. These include: CBT (COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY) PSYCHODYNAMIC CONCEPTS AND THINKING PERSON CENTRED, HUMANISTIC PRINCIPLES MINDFULLNESS, RELAXATION AND VISUALISATiON TECHNIQUES I am a trained Aromatherapist and Reflexologist and so have an understanding of how much the emotions affect the body and health and how ill health can affect the mood. Face to face, telephone, email or Skype counselling - flexible times to suit busy schedules.
