Cranio Sacral therapy has a proven track record in helping babies following long (or very fast) or difficult births with feeding, sleep, and the other typical problems affecting babies. It is also great in helping children, teenagers and adults with sleep problems, stress related issues, digestive and breathing disorders.
Our purpose built clinic is attached to our family home, and is located a few minutes from the centre of Taunton.
Unlike some other practitioners, we give you the time you need (up to 1 hour appointment slots) and will not rebook you for any more appointments than you really need. Our aim is to discharge you as soon as you are better, with advice (and exercises if suitable) to enable you to keep yourself well.
