‘Your Sexual Health’ provides a patient-focused but uniquely doctor-led online sexual health testing service which is fast, confidential and uses an accredited and respected laboratory to ensure accuracy of results.
Operating a national network of 60++ clinics based in most of the UK’s urban centres as well as offering a home-visit service, ‘Your Sexual Health’ aims to provide a service to suit you.
Service Outline:
• Sexual Health Tests will be booked online through the ‘Your Sexual Health’ website
• All clients have the option of telephone consultation with a doctor prior to booking a test
• Clients will attend a clinic local to them at a time they have arranged to provide samples which are sent to our accredited laboratory partner
• All results will be received and managed by either ‘Your Sexual Health’
The ‘Your Sexual Health’ service will not only be patient-focused but doctor-led too in order to ensure:
• Inappropriate tests are not booked
• All positive results are communicated to the client by a doctor
• The patient journey will be completely informative from beginning to end
