We have something for everyone at Fort Stamford including a members only, air conditioned, finest gym in the area with over 60 stations of the highest quality equipment, moving freely, even at the busiest of times. You will receive a bespoke exercise programme Free of charge which can be updated on a regular basis. Fitness classes are taken mostly in the spacious fitness studio with sprung floor and air conditioning. We offer over 50 classes to choose from. The swimming pool is a constant 31' offering a fabulous facility all year around - 3 lengths measure 50
metres and we offer swimming lessons for children and adults. The Tone Zone offers smooth, power assisted, graded exercise and takes away stress and muscle soreness while toning the body effectively. We have four Squash & Racketball courts. Members can enter in the clubs internal squash & racketball leagues, competitions and represent the club at County and National tournaments/leagues. We offer fitness for Junior members of the family too, along with crèche facilities, childrens parties. We also have Therapy rooms offering the services of Beauty therapists, in house hairdressing salon, physio & specialist masseuse - these items are extra to membership costs.
