At WAC we provide 'healthy eating and cooking on a budget' workshops and courses for vulnerable people or people who are not working to help build confidence. We help alleviate poverty by distributing excess food, providing an Open House on a Thursday where we provide a free lunch and activities for volunteers either in the kitchen cooking or in the garden helping with our vegetable plots. We also provide gqod quality competitively priced outside catering service using healthy food, WGF/vegan options, working with local agencies and other organisations to help people get back into work and living a more healthy lifestyle.
