 Aikido Tenchikan Dojo teaches the Japanese martial art of Aikido. "The way of peace and harmony" Aikido uses body movement and joint locks to neutralise an attack. The instructor has trained extensively in Japan and holds regular seminars in the UK where he invites his instructors from Japan for intensive weekend instruction. Classes are open to anyone over the age of 18.
