Situated on Margate seafront, on the same site where JMW Turner stayed when visiting the town, Turner Contemporary presents a rolling programme of temporary exhibitions, events and learning opportunities which make intriguing links between historic and contemporary art. The gallery offers a space for everyone to discover different ways of seeing, thinking and learning.
Our shop collaborates with local artists and makers to create something unique, why not enjoy something to eat in our café which sources its menu from Kent based producers and has unrivalled views of the harbour.
The gallery shop and cafe are open Tuesday to Sunday 10am-5pm
