Our standard fee is £250 but for NHS workers we would charge a maximum of £100. In many cases there will be no charge at all. This will be confirmed at the outset after a short discussion.
We advise on and arrange all types of mortgages including first time buyers, remortgages, home movers and buy to let. We offer products on a whole of market basis including second charge mortgages. We also advise on and arrange the necessary insurances for borrowers. All tis can be done either in our office or in the comfort of your home at a time to suit you.
