We are a women only Fitness retreat or boot camp. We operate out of two elite destinations, from the best of Spain to the best of Wales, we offer a stunning backdrop to your training at our camps. You’ll always have time to enjoy your surroundings as we incorporate them into every workout, ensuring you see the rolling welsh hills, or the golden sands of the beaches of Marbella.
All our rooms at both venues are luxury ensuite and available as both single and twin options.
Our trainers are fully qualified in all areas of physical fitness while some are still active as servicemen in the armed forces.

Our trainers know exactly how to get the best out your body, how to motivate you to succeed and how to ensure you fulfil your fitness dreams. We’re passionate about food and adore well balanced, satisfying meals. We don’t believe in small portions or cutting out nutrients that are essential to your health.
Our dedicated Bootcamp Chef will ensure you feel completely satisfied after every meal while receiving the essential food groups to ensure you become fitter from the inside out.
