Persie Distillery is a small, family-owned stables-turned-distillery just north of Blairgowrie in Highland Perthshire. Currently producing gin, the award-winning small-batch range includes Zesty Citrus, Herby & Aromatic, and Sweet & Nutty expressions. There are also special editions to raise money for charity: Labrador, Spaniel and Dachshund gins: each very different and carefully created to reflect the breed.
