I specialise in the Hendrickson Method of Orthopaedic Massage & Manual Therapy, which combines a method of massage called wave mobilization with joint mobilization and muscle energy techniques. Carried out with the client clothed, it is relaxing to receive, and can help treat acute and chronic pain while promoting optimum health. It is a suitable therapy for most orthopaedic conditions, including low back and neck pain, hip degeneration, knee pain and rotator cuff injuries.
