We will co-ordinate all repairs and DO NOT TAKE any additional commission for this (providing your property is on full management). You can find us on Zoopla and Prime Location for marketing purposes. We will conduct a full Inventory at £100 being a one off initial cost only. This is our only charge. We have fully approved tradesmen and a very skilled handyman alternately we can advise you if you have the tradesman to hand. We will co-ordinate the contract renewals. We will not charge a tenant finder fee, unlike all other Island Agents who generally deduct 80% of the first months rent and don't inform you of this upfront. We charge 10% to fully manage the property. No tenant, no charge, No vat. As a Landlord we DO NOT tie you into any contracts. However we are confident you will want to remain with us.
