As an organization dedicated to promoting excellence in the removals industry in Scotland, the Scottish Guild of Removers was established. Not only do our members provide removal and storage services across Scotland, but also throughout England, Wales, Ireland, Europe and other parts of the world.
The National Guild of Removers & Storers (NGRS) heard from several Scottish removal companies in 2021 that NGRS should start a Scottish removals trade association. The Scottish Guild of Removers was born out of that request. The Scottish Guild of Removers will be financed and managed by NGRS.
As far back as 2004, when the Scottish Guild of Removers & Storers Ltd was registered with Companies House, NGRS was looking for support to launch such an association.
