Sessions for Everyone
At Energize we have classes for every age group from our Tiny Titans at age 4 all the way up to our teens and adults. Classes include the following,
Tiny Titans - Age 4 - 7
Little Dragons - Age 7 - 10
Juniors - Age 10 - 13
Teens Adults - Age 13+
