Using our proven XR-2.5 training system, we provide expert-led, structured workouts and simple nutrition plans, all backed by round-the-clock support and accountability. With a community of like-minded individuals, you’ll stay motivated and inspired every step of the way. Our members have achieved incredible results – losing multiple clothes sizes, shedding stones in weight, and gaining energy, strength, and confidence. We train three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) with flexible morning and evening sessions.
