Berkshire IT Services is a fully mobile computer repair and IT support service based in Ascot, covering homes and small businesses across Berkshire — formerly known as Berkshire Computer Repair, same engineer, same number.
I fix the everyday problems: slow laptops and PCs, virus and scam pop-up removal, printer and Wi-Fi faults, data recovery (No Recovery, No Fee), and the £89 SSD upgrade that transforms an ageing machine. Most software faults are fixed the same day by secure remote screen-share; hardware work happens in your home or office.
Every job runs on transparent terms: free diagnostics, remote support at £25 per 15 minutes, home visits from £50, labour capped at £75 per hour, and a 100% No-Fix, No-Fee guarantee. Windows PCs and laptops only — and I will say plainly if a job is not right for me.
