The Restaurant Manager and chef Gaetano but known by all who eat there as 'Gee' is from Napoli Italy. With 30 Years experience in catering. Specialising in Fish Dishes and Pizzas. But great for his Meat Dishes and Pastas too. Gee tries to source as many of his ingredients from Italy backed up by Local British Products
